Understand how automatics and negative habits are formed and stored in the brain.

Identify limiting paradigms through reinforcing principles of the positive.

Engage in art activities to focus on the here and now, release the past and create goals for the future.

analysis, giving the brain a time to view life from a

non-performance environment.
